Tumble operates an on-demand model powered by our network of dedicated laundry professionals. While we don't have fixed operating hours, most of our laundry pros typically accept orders between 7am to 8pm. If no laundry professionals are available to accept your order, it won't be processed and we recommend trying again soon when more laundry pros are available.
After you order a free Tumble bag, we promptly ship it to you via USPS Priority. Most customers receive their bags within a day or two.
