While we don't have fixed operating hours, most of our laundry pros typically accept orders between 7am to 8pm. This helps them complete and deliver your laundry typically in 4 hours or less. If no laundry professionals are available to accept your order, it won't be processed and we recommend trying again soon when more laundry pros are available.
After you order a free Tumble bag, we promptly ship it to you via USPS Priority. Most customers receive their bags within a day or two. However, on occasion and depending on postal service delays, it might take a few extra days.
