Each Tumble bag holds a substantial 50 to 60 pounds of laundry, comparable to two large laundry hampers, or 6 to 7 regular loads in a residential washer.

Our average pickup time is under 30 minutes, with a round trip typically completed in four hours or less. We achieve this by processing your laundry locally and employing a flexible on-demand workforce.

Tumble operates an on-demand model powered by our network of dedicated laundry professionals. While we don't have fixed operating hours, most of our laundry pros typically accept orders between 7am to 8pm. This ensures they can complete and deliver your laundry within the typical 4-hour turnaround. If no laundry professionals are available to accept your order, it won't be processed and we recommend trying again soon when more laundry pros are available.

After you order a free Tumble bag, we promptly ship it to you via USPS Priority. Most customers receive their bags within a day or two. However, on occasion and depending on postal service delays, it might take a few extra days. Rest assured, we're committed to getting your Tumble bag to you as quickly as possible so you can start enjoying our superior laundry service.
